Superflex mock draft12/17/2022 ![]() ![]() He’s very likely to continue to put up video game numbers and be a first round pick next year and is a no-brainer at this point in the draft. At 6’2″ 205 pounds, Bell has that alpha build that NFL teams covet. A 27.1% wDOM as a freshman and 37.6% wDOM as a sophomore are significantly above age average and indicators of his talent level. 1.12 David Bell WR Purdue Drafted by Michael Nelson- Dynasty League Football Bell has dominated BIG10 defenses from the moment he got to Purdue. Getting a solid running back is imperative for my devy team builds, so I am happy to wait a year for a valuable asset. However, from a rushing point of view, he is neck in neck as the best in this class so far. Tank Bigsby may not offer the upside of Gibbs or Robinson from a pass-catching point of view. The last of the top tier of the 2023 running backs that, assuming healthy, will find their way into high draft capital. 1.11 Tank Bigsby RB Auburn Drafted by Britt Sanders- Breakout Finder Photo Credit: Jeff Shearer Wilson is an elite devy asset at the wide receiver position. 1.10 Garrett Wilson WR Ohio State Drafted by Brian Craighead- The League Winners by many as the WR1 in the 2022 class, Garrett Wilson has great athleticism on jump balls and tremendous ability to separate from defenders. I won’t be surprised if he plays himself into a first round selection next April. ![]() He already has NFL size at 6’1″ 225 pounds, and is a proven pass-catcher as well with 49 receptions in his first two seasons. He brings great patience, burst, balance, and power to his game. 1.09 Isaiah Spiller RB Texas A&M Drafted by Sam Crampton- Dynasty Nerds Spiller is my RB1 for the 2022 class, and a top-5 overall devy player. This, coupled with his dominating performance in the LSU spring game, has moved him up to WR1 on my board and I’d be happy to get him at this point in a fantasy football devy draft. 1.08 Kayshon Boutte WR LSU Drafted by Dynasty PJ- Dynasty Nerds Photo Credit: Matthew Hinton APīoutte exploded onto the scene last season as a true freshman and posted a dominator rating of over 40% over his final three games of the season including a 14 catch, 308 yard, and three touchdown performance in the final game of the season. Getting Howell at the 1.07 in SuperFlex feels like outstanding value here. His combination of talent parlayed with his college production to date, suggests he should be a top NFL pick come next April. 1.07 Sam Howell QB North Carolina Drafted by Joe O’Leary- The League Winners Howell has all the tools. I think he will be an even better NFL player than college. Gibbs is a great receiver with excellent vision. 1.06 Jahmyr Gibbs RB Georgia Tech Drafted by Brandon Haye- The League Winners Gibbs, I believe, is the second best running back in the 2023 class (behind Bijan, of course). The sky is the limit if Arkansas lets him loose this year. Treylon Burks is a slight reach here, but give me the upside! At 6’3 230 pounds, Burks profiles as a potential alpha WR that NFL teams covet. 1.05 Treylon Burks WR Arkansas Drafted by Tom Helles- The Dynasty Lounge Photo Credit: Charlie Kaijo Realistically he probably won’t fall this far in an actual devy draft, but if he does, snatch that value. Yes, I could have gone with a prospect with more long-term value with Sam Howell, but Bijan has all the tools of a true workhorse running back and S-T-U-D at the next level. 1.04 Bijan Robinson RB Texas Drafted by Matthew Jackson- Dynasty Nerds won’t find an easier pick than Bijan Robinson at the 1.04. Getting him a year earlier is just the cherry on top. Although the tier at the top has two running backs, I see no reason why Breece Hall should not be considered the overall RB1 in devy. He exceeds analytic thresholds and exhibits some of the most natural instincts at the RB position. He checks every box: Size, production, athleticism, and versatility. 1.03 Breece Hall RB Iowa State Drafted by Cory Pereira- Breakout Finder Breece Hall here will shock some folks, but I’ve never wavered from this position. Yes, the current devy darling Bijan is available, but quarterbacks reign supreme in SuperFlex formats. Having a potential decade-long QB1 starter is too much to pass up here. 1.02 Spencer Rattler QB Oklahoma Drafted by Brandon Lejeune- The Devy Deep Dive Podcast Photo Credit: Sooners Wire DJ Uiagalelei is my number one rated quarterback in college football. In fantasy football SuperFlex leagues, quarterbacks reign supreme. Let’s take a look at the results! 1.01 DJ Uiagalelei QB Clemson Drafted by Kevin Coleman- Fantasy Pros the first pick, this was an easy one. We gathered our fantasy football devy staff together, and teamed up with some of the best in the industry to do a SuperFlex mock draft. ![]()
